Orders are processed promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received β€” unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and once accepted, place a new order separately.

EU Customers β€” 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
